We kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your Harbor Charm Bar appointment. This gives us enough time to offer the available spot to another guest.

PERMANENT, NOT INDESTRUCTIBLE

Permanent jewelry means your piece is custom-fitted and welded without a clasp, it does not mean it will last forever.

To extend the life of your jewelry, avoid unnecessary pulling, snagging, friction, harsh chemicals, lotions and prolonged exposure to water. Your lifestyle and daily wear will affect the longevity of your piece.

If you have an issue, bring your jewelry and chain into Harbor Charm Bar for us to examine. If the issue is due to our workmanship or a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right.

Normal wear, stretching, snagging, fading, discoloration, accidental damage and lost jewelry are not considered defects. When possible, we may offer repair or a discount toward replacement.
