Went to Harbor Charm Bar with 3 friends for permanent jewelry. Could not have had a better experience! Elise was friendly, patient and hilarious. It was a fun experience and we all left with beautiful jewelry! Elise’s daughter, Haily, has a shop next door where you can get facials, lashes, waxing, etc. Highly recommend both these women and their businesses!
